Another update just to keep you informed even though not much has changed. The weather is definitely getting warmer and we are seeing much more activity from the hive entrances now, but rain and strong winds are making it difficult to do any real inspections still. Saying that, it does really feel like we are in Spring beekeeping mode now as we are getting supers out to our main hives in readiness. Once our main hives are all prepared, we'll start to bring back all our nucs so that we can get them checked and prepared for sale. Hopefully, over the next few weeks we'll see some more stable weather too.
We are expecting to send emails out to customers in April, once we are closer to the time of dispatching bees. This will have all the details for the collection days and details of how to pay the final payment if you've only paid the deposit. In the meantime, keep an eye on this blog for updates.
