I recently had the pleasure of reviewing "Paynes Farmhouse Pickle", which came in a beautifully presented Jar with clear precise wording on the labels and finished off with a green check cover cloth on the lid giving it a farmhouse feel, on opening the jar i found the contents had a good deep rich colour and a good amount of diced fruit and vegetables giving it a good texture when eaten, i found the balance between sweet and sour to be perfect when eaten with a ploughman's lunch or in a sandwich with some mature Cheddar cheese, I can honestly say as a lover of pickles and chutneys, that this product is one of the best Farmhouse pickles i have tasted and would highly recommend it. - Chris, Hampshire
