Smoker Cartridge

Simple small reels of corrugated paper cut to fit the standard Empire or Etna smokers. 120mm high, 75mm diameter (approx Measurements). Using a long match, hold the cartridge vertically, and light the base in the centre. After a few seconds smoke will start to come through the core of the cartridge and the hole in the top. Drop it into the smoker and give it a few puffs until you see plumes of smoke rising. Close the lid and give it a few more puffs. It is now ready for use.
