We at Paynes want to thank you for your continued business and in return for this we are showing our gratitude with a new and extremely exciting loyalty scheme. The more items you purchase, the more points you will accumulate. These points can be used as payment or Part-payment against your next purchase.
You can Save £1 for every 50 pollen points that you use.
How to Start Collecting Points
To start collecting points you need to become a member.
• As soon as you make a purchase and choose a username during the checkout process, you will instantly become a member and your ‘pollen points’ will start accumulating.
• If you have an account with us from a previous purchase, you will already be a member and are ready to start collecting.
• To view your account balance, click in to the log in section on the top right-hand side of the page and then click on to ‘Modify Profile .’ This is your ‘Members Area’ where you can check your points balance. It will also show your points balance on the Home Page once you have logged in.
Points Scheme
• The points scheme applies to most products, the points value of each product is show on the product details page.
• The more items you purchase, the more points you will accumulate.
• Each item holds a different number of points, due to its value. The more value the product holds, the higher number of points it will hold.
• Look out for Pollen collection days or special offers, whereby you will be able to collect double or even treble points on selected items.
• Points accumulated on the web site can not be redeemed via the shop counter or Mail Order. Direct On-line sales ONLY
Paying with your Points
• Log into your account
• Add items to your cart
• Upon checkout, select "Pay with Points" payment method.
• Enter the amount of points you want to apply to this order
• Click "Submit Order"
• If you don't have enough points to pay for the entire order, the cart will prompt you for another payment method.
• Points are redeemable against Products only, you will have to pay the carriage charges.
