Propolis tincture, because it is in alcohol, is highly bio-available i.e. it enters into the blood stream very quickly. The tincture is therefore recommended in situations where quick results are required. However some people may not like the powerful taste of propolis and users may wish to follow its consumption with a more pleasant tasting liquid - e.g. tea or fruit juice or even take the tincture in warm juice, tea or on a small piece of bread.
Contains:
• Contains the equivalent of 50% of raw propolis in pure 100% ethyl alcohol
Directions:
• When using 30ml spray applicator squirt twice into warm liquid (water, tea, fruit juice) or if preferred directly into the mouth or on a small piece of bread.
• Repeat up to three times a day as required
• May be used as a gargle when diluted.
• Can be used externally but apply carefully
