Paynes was started in 1922 by Fred Payne. With just a few hives, he became well known in the beekeeping world, selling honey to the Local shops and helping many other beekeepers.
Since then, the business has grown and still family run with many hundreds of hives spread across the Sussex Downs and now supplying shops and outlets across the uk.
Based in Hassocks, Sussex, Visitors are always more than welcome to visit the shop and stock up on their range of beekeeping equipment, honeys and jams, to name a few items from their ever growing catalogue of products.
Paynes has been trading On-line since 1999, and has continued to help beekeepers and customers further afield from their location, and able to offer Special Discounts and offers to those Online.
