This National "Extended Hive" is a great bundle for both a beginner and anyone looking to expand their apiary. Made from top-quality Canadian western red cedar, it includes two supers for when the bees start collecting nectar. Does not include frames or wax foundations.
This bundle consists of the following items:
- 1 x National cedar open mesh floor with entrance block and inspection board
- 1 x National cedar flat-packed standard brood box
- 1 x National plastic queen excluder
- 2 x National cedar flat-packed super boxes
- 1 x National crownboard with two porter bee escapes
- 1 x National cedar shallow flat-packed roof
